About Step3 Digital Agency
Tell us a little about your organisation and what you do? Step3 is a digital agency based in Tunbridge Wells. We design, build and support WordPress websites for organisations across the UK and beyond. Whether it’s, bespoke design & development, or expert hosting & support, if it’s WordPress, we can help.
What are your organisations three main core values? Stay transparent and honest. Always be curious. Ok is not enough.
Is there an exciting project or innovation that you are working on currently? A project we have just launched is https://digitom.tv – a hyper fast, fully AA accessible website packed full of video. We wanted to show this could be done without sacrificing the user experience – and we did!
What is surprising about, or makes your organisation unique? Most clients are surprised in two ways when they work with us:
- We ask about them a lot! We dig deep to understand who they are and what they do, so that our projects work for them.
- We’re fast! We respond quickly and we work quickly. We regularly get comments and compliments on how quickly we do both of these things. When supporting our clients, speed matters.
What inspired you to connect with and support Trinity? Trinity needed our help back in 2020 and it really was a case of help or walk away and possibly watch Trinity close its doors. We’ve loved being part of the amazing changes that have taken place in Trinity in the last 5 years.
What impact are you hoping your support has? Help Trinity grow – reach more people and encourage bigger audiences for all their shows.

How does your organisation give back to the community? We work with several local charity organisations, and we do this through discounted or, when we can, pro bono work.
Can you share a recent community project or initiative that your team is proud of? Apart from Trinity Theatre. – the Nourish Community Foodbank website was a valuable project. We’re currently working with the Mayor’s office to rebuild the TW Mayor’s Toy Appeal for Christmas 2026.
Is there anything else you would like our audience to know about your organisation or your involvement with Trinity? We loved the recent Boules event at Trinity – and we’ll be back again next year ready to take the winners’ podium!
Where can our audience learn more about you?
