Trinity Encore: Silver Swans
Balletic movements to keep you in balance,
Would you like to focus on your balance, posture, and those little muscles we all wish we could strengthen without spending hours in the gym? Silver Swan centres on graceful movements and poise to improve your balance. Creating a gentle exercise routine whilst looking like a Sliver Swan slowly enhances your stability.
Join us as we create elegant movements, improve posture, drink tea, and nibble biscuits with some gentle exercise.
There is no need to book – just turn up on the day, with no commitment to come back after that if it isn’t for you (though we hope it is).
The group runs weekly on Tuesdays from 10.30am – 11.30am
The sessions mostly run at Trinity Theatre, Church Road, Tunbridge Wells, TN1 1JP but occasionally the group has to move off-site, please see the dates below for the location.
It costs £10 per session or receive a 20% discount for each half term booked (usually five or six week blocks). We do not want cost to be a barrier for anyone wanting to join in these sessions, so please get in contact with Jason and Rachel by email or call 07587 537308 if you have any questions.
What is Trinity Encore?
Trinity Encore is our name for our adult groups that run during the day, made possible thanks to funding from Involve Kent and the Kent County Council Wellbeing Grant.

Café & Bar
Our Café & Bar is open Mon to Sat 10am - 3pm and an hour before all performances outside of these hours.
Don't forget that drinks from the Café & Bar can be taken into the auditorium to enjoy during the performance. Please note that no outside food and beverages are permitted.
