Sing, sweat, and take a bow. Musical Theatre Fitness is the workout class that turns your favourite Broadway, West End, and movie musical hits into serious cardio, dance, and feel-good movement.
No experience needed. No judgement. Just great music, big energy, and a class that leaves you buzzing.
We meet every Monday and Tuesday so you have two chances each week to move your body and have an absolute blast doing it.
7.45pm – 9.15pm at Trinity Theatre (Mondays)
7.30pm – 9pm at Trinity Theatre (Tuesdays)
NEW Monday class due to popular demand! Each group works on different routines, so come to one or both!
Open to all adults. All fitness levels welcome. Come as you are.
Sign up weekly or pay for half a term in advance to receive a 20% discount.

Café & Bar
Our Café & Bar is open Mon to Sat 10am - 3pm and an hour before all performances outside of these hours.
Don't forget that drinks from the Café & Bar can be taken into the auditorium to enjoy during the performance. Please note that no outside food and beverages are permitted.
