No Jacket Required – The Phil Collins Tribute
Celebrating 40 years since the release of No Jacket Required
No Jacket Required is the UK’s foremost Phil Collins tribute band and in 2025, the band will be celebrating the 40th Anniversary of the release of the album from which they take their name. And what better way to do so than by doing something not even Phil Collins himself has done – perform the entirety of the No Jacket Required album, live in concert.
No Jacket Required is the country’s first 11-piece Phil Collins tribute and has been performing since 2003 at venues around the country and overseas. They are bringing their spectacular show to The Trinity Theatre in Tunbridge Wells on Friday 18th July. Along with every song from No Jacket Required, they will also perform Phil’s other big hits including Separate Lives, Easy Lover and of course In The Air Tonight. Not only that, but they will also throw in a bit of Genesis for good measure…
The band’s new show for 2025 follows on from their sell-out shows around the country since the pandemic lockdowns, and frontman Dave Whitehouse is very excited about taking it on tour. “It’s always a pleasure to bring such great music to audiences around the country”, says Dave. “We find it hard to decide what to play – there’s so much to choose from! In 2025 though, it’s a chance to perform all of that iconic album and we can’t wait to bring it to life at some fantastic venues across the UK. It’s the album that turned Phil Collins into a global star… if you were around in 1985, you will remember the album and Live Aid. If you weren’t but you love the music, then this might well be your first chance to hear it all live. Either way, we are looking forward to a nostalgic show, full of great ‘80s hits, and we can’t wait to return to The Trinity – it’s one of our favourite venues and always a great night.”
