Sleeping Beauty
Opens 14 December
A spell-binding Christmas fairytale for all the family
Pantomime is back at Trinity! Oh yes it is!
After the box office busting, hugely well-received ‘Cinderella’ in 2023, the creative team are back with a brand-new pantomime you won’t want to miss.
Sleeping Beauty is the classic fairytale we all know and love, jam-packed with music and laughter for the whole family to enjoy.
When the birth of a Royal Princess is announced, the Kingdom is brought together to celebrate in style, until disaster strikes when the wicked Carabosse arrives on the scene. An evil curse is placed on Princess Aurora where on her 18th birthday she will prick her finger on a spinning wheel, leading to her tragic end. Aurora will sleep for one hundred years unless the curse can be broken by true love’s kiss.
Will Carabosse succeed in her evil deeds? Will the curse last forever? Or can good conquer evil with a little pantomime magic?
Join us for a truly magical production that will get you dancing out of your seat and rolling in the aisles with laughter plus an awe-inspiring illusion never before seen at Trinity.

The Aliens Who Saved Christmas
Opens 17 December
It is Christmas Eve on the planet Slurp when friendly aliens Sniff and Splat accidentally receive an important radio message from Santa’s elves calling upon the extra-terrestrial pals to help get the presents ready in time for all the children. Even the realisation that the message was actually meant for the King of England cannot stop them in their hapless but well-meaning mission. The question is, can the children in the audience help them to succeed? Christmas is relying on them!
Winnie Southgate’s play for young audiences is a fast-paced riot of a show, full of colour and magic, that is sure to keep the little-ones entertained long after they leave the auditorium this December. The show is suitable for ages two and up, but funny enough to engage those much older.
With only eleven performances from 17th to 27th December, book now to ensure great seats for your little aliens to save Christmas!
Tickets only £8 for children under 15.
